The Team
Kelly Christiano, Co-Founder
Kelly is known for being a C-suite change agent and innovator. Her successful 30-year career spans multiple industries where she has earned a reputation for driving revenue and executing flawlessly for both start-ups and Fortune 500 firms.
Her proven track record of firsts includes devising new products, launching new sectors, creating new service delivery models, and leading unprecedented growth that landed an organization on the Inc. 500 and Deloitte Fast 500 lists multiple times. An executive unicorn equally experienced in sales and marketing as well as operations, Kelly is adept at leading and advising clients on a multitude of drivers that contribute to success.
The first in her family to attend college, Kelly earned a BA in Economics from Harvard College and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Outside of work, she values spending time with her husband and extended family. She also enjoys cooking, entertaining, and traveling and hopes to finish writing her first work of fiction soon.
Bob Petrelli, Co-Founder
Throughout his varied career, Bob has been consistently recognized for bringing ground-breaking thinking and problem-solving to complex business challenges — receiving multiple patents and awards for his work. He is also known for driving significant growth in multibillion-dollar organizations like AT&T and IBM.
His vast experience across all major corporate functions — including sales, marketing, human resources, finance, legal, and operations — enables Bob to take a global and synergistic approach to any situation. He can also quickly identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements that impact the bottom line.
With two degrees from Columbia, an MBA from Wharton, and 35 years of success across a broad spectrum of industries, Bob has collected a vast network of experts who now lend their expertise to drive his clients’ success. When not working, he enjoys home improvement projects, collecting fine wine, and spending time with his wife and two kids.
Martha Holler, CMO
Known for her high-energy, high-integrity style, Martha is a master architect of brand and image transformation. Leveraging her Fortune 500 executive experience, she creates distinctive marketing communication strategies and award-winning campaigns that align to business objectives, amplify brands, and achieve measurable results.
A “brand believer,” Martha is passionate about helping clients articulate their purpose and strengthen their brands—to forge lasting connections with customers, make marketing more effective, and lift organizations to reach their full potential.
At the same time, she’s also known for her keen attention to the bottom line, translating business goals into fine-tuned strategies and narratives that deliver results. Martha can adroitly step into virtually any organization as a turnkey temporary CMO, often leading “the firsts,” from creating marketing functions and formal strategies to expanding into new channels such as public relations, social media, sponsored content, and paid advertising.
When not growing her clients’ brands, she’s honing her own as an avid football and MMA fan, accomplished tailgater, and champagne enthusiast.
